Job descriptionProven experience in marketing leadership roles. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing. Prior experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus. Experience leading a team and driving results in a competitive market. Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Hourly Wage. Other benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
- Oversee all marketing activities including brand management, advertising, promotions, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing programs.
