A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacist Clinical Formulary Coding Consult.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight and support to Clinical Coding Pharmacists for high-quality clinical coding

Recruit, train, and manage new team members for client implementations

Conduct annual performance reviews and establish personal development plans for team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D

Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any U.S. state)

5+ years of experience as a Clinical Consultant or Clinical Pharmacist in Formulary / UM operations

1+ years of clinical client-facing or formulary consulting experience

Experience with claims / coding research and analysis
