As a Wireless Management Trainee, you will play a strategic role in supporting AT&T’s EDM within a single-carrier retail environment. The Wireless Management Associate oversees daily store operations, drive wireless sales performance, and guides team execution while representing AT&T’s postpaid product portfolio—including smartphones, plans, and accessories.

Essential Functions of the Wireless Management Associate Role

• Assist in managing AT&T’s single-carrier retail operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily sales and service activities.
• Lead by example in promoting AT&T postpaid plans, devices, and accessories, consistently meeting individual and team performance goals.
• Support team development by coaching new hires on AT&T product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, merchandising compliance, and store presentation to align with AT&T brand guidelines.
• Uphold operational standards and ensure adherence to company policies and AT&T’s retail protocols.
• Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven environment while preparing for advancement into store leadership and account management roles.
