The Teller is a detail‑oriented and member‑focused role responsible for delivering exceptional service while accurately and efficiently processing a wide range of financial transactions. As the face of the branch, the Teller plays a key role in creating positive member experiences and supporting the overall success of the branch.
You will learn how to be the expert to best serve our members :
- Provide friendly, professional service to members in-person, by phone, and through digital channels.
- Accurately handle member and non-member transactions.
- Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM.
- Understand and ensure compliance, regulations and reporting.
- Assist with opening and / or closing the branch.
- Provide guidance and support on complex member inquiries, resolving escalated service issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Work operational Salesforce cases during periods of low branch activity, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of member requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and technology tools to deliver exceptional support.
- Troubleshoot member online banking and digital service issues, providing clear guidance and solutions.
