For over 90 years, Hohmann & Barnard, Inc., has pioneered innovative solutions for the masonry industry. As a global leader in manufacturing construction materials for the building envelope, we offer anchors and reinforcement, moisture protection, thermal performance, wall estimating software, and air barrier systems for commercial and residential masonry markets. The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all site-related activities and functions including distribution and manufacturing, both directly and indirectly. Responsible for site performance to achieve key performance indicators.

Position Responsibilities :

• Oversight to plant safety (zero incident culture)
• Manage Operating Budget
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Inventory :

Work with both Supply Chain and Master Planner / Scheduler to maintain raw material stock / reorder levels.

Work with Master Planner / Scheduler on fulfilling production requirements.

Direct maintenance department activities to ensure maximum uptime.

Oversee shipping & receiving department to maximum cost efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels in accordance with production needs
