Key Responsibilities

Lead the team in delivering marketing services and support to utility clients

Standardize and productize marketing offerings while providing one-on-one support for key clients

Develop strategies for utility clients to utilize their marketing channels effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

6-8 years of marketing experience, including client-facing roles and 2+ years of people management experience

Energy industry knowledge or a proven ability to rapidly acquire domain knowledge

Experience in developing talent and mentoring team members

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
