About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Consumer Litigation Document Assistant to join our Legal Department. In this role, you’ll support litigation case managers by collecting and organizing documents for discovery in warranty and lemon law litigation cases.

You’ll report to the Managing Counsel of Business Litigation and play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate document production to external legal partners.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve customer and vehicle-related documents from various internal systems and departments.
• Download and organize data from internal databases.
• Maintain and update case files with relevant documentation.
• Transmit collected documents to outside counsel for legal production.
• Assist with other discovery-related projects as needed.
• Communicate with external attorneys to provide legal background and case information.
