In this role, you will :

• Serve as the Product Owner for educational software initiatives within 1-2 Scrum teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to ensure successful delivery of customer-facing and / or backend features. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals and timelines.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage consulting experience to engage stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Work with POs from other Scrum teams and the Product Management team to align on priorities and outcomes.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Validate delivered software against business requirements during UAT.
• Monitor KPIs and feedback to continuously improve product functionality. Stay current with business needs and priorities.
