Looking to make a profound impact and empower individuals? At Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services, we're searching for dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).

Registered Behavior Technicians will provide 1 : 1 in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other related disabilities.

Technicians will receive a guaranteed 20 hours of pay per week , ensuring stability regardless of cancellations. This role also offers a flexible schedule, with ideal availability being from 3-8 pm Monday-Friday, with the option to work Saturdays.

We are committed to providing supervision hours to current Registered Behavior Technicians with the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Additionally, we offer both initial and ongoing paid training programs to ensure our technicians are well-prepared and continuously developing their skills in providing effective ABA therapy.

As a Registered Behavior Technician of our team, your responsibilities will be :

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to foster positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
  • Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the strategies at home.
  • Engage in collaboration with a team of professionals, using a synergistic approach to individualized care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to track progress, making data-driven decisions that lead to the most magical outcomes.
