Medical Assistant / Front Office - Bilingual

Responsibilities :

• Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails.
• Help patients schedule appointments.
• Collect and store medical information from patients & maintain the EMR system.
• Verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility before the appointment.
• Recording and collecting patient charges; providing patients with receipts for payments.
• Rooms patients consistent with clinic needs while determining and documenting chief complaint and reason for visit, vital signs, EKG (as needed), medication list, allergies, smoking history, and other information as required by clinic.
• Performs all other duties as trained and requested by provider and / or management.

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
