Payments & Risk Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Payments & Risk to oversee its payments infrastructure and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver digital global payment solutions

Support operational integrations with payment processors, gateways, and tokenization services

Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots for new technologies and market opportunities

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, and / or consulting, focusing on strategy, analytics, or operations

Experience with payment processor integrations and a strong understanding of card-not-present (CNP) payments and tokenization

Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and identify solutions

Strong critical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively partner across various levels and disciplines
