Key Responsibilities Drive the design and delivery of scalable technical support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and program performance Own training documentation and tooling for technical support teams, managing case complexity standards and centralized resources Lead the development and implementation of AI Agent delivery strategies to improve technical support capabilities Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product / technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and / or cross-team projects 1+ year of experience in building and scaling technical support or enablement functions Ability to meet security screening requirements for the role
