Senior Manager, Communications Vision

Position Summary...

We're seeking a creative communications program manager to lead and elevate Walmart's Vision business. As part of the Health & Wellness Communications team, you will shape how we connect with vision patients, moving from only transactional messaging to relationship-based communications that foster trust and engagement. You'll lead the development and execution of integrated strategies that enhance patient experiences, support business growth, and strengthen alignment across the Walmart Health ecosystem. You will work from our Bentonville, AR offices and report to the Director of Communications, Multi-channel activation & Experimentation.

What you'll do...

What you'll do : - Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated communication campaigns for Walmart's Vision business. - Partner with Business, Product, Legal and Engineering operations, and clinical teams to create consistent, compelling narratives that advance business objectives. - Drive experimentation across digital and traditional channels to optimize engagement and patient relationships. - Translate insights and data into actionable communication strategies that deliver measurable impact. - Oversee internal partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives. What you'll bring : - Strong program management skills with creative storytelling. - Proven success in campaign development, digital activation, and message testing / optimization. - Ability to apply insights and analytics to inform strategy, Business KPIs and execution. - 1+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, optical, or retail communications (preferred). - Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Passion for advancing Walmart's mission of accessible, affordable care. #LI-LB3 The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area.

1 year's supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
