What You'll Do :

• Drive Data-Backed Strategy : Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
• Develop and Implement Business Plans : Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact.
• Monitor and Report Performance : Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Champion Continuous Improvement : Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor and Influence : Provide expert guidance on best practices in business analytics, supporting the development of junior team members and cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cross-functional teams, Statistical programming languages, Supervisory Masters : Analytics, Masters : Business Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification, Six Sigma - Certification
