We are looking for a smart, motivated, and organized person to join the GTM Strategy & Operations team part time. This role will provide cross-functional opportunities to partner with leadership across GTM Strategy & Operations, Customer Experience, Analytics, and Finance to drive various processes and strategic initiatives with a focus on real-time visibility into the performance of go-to-market teams. This role will also provide regular reporting and analysis for the GTM Strategy & Operations team and various stakeholders. An ideal candidate will have a love of technology, collaborate well in a team environment, and have a desire to work in a fast-paced role that is continuously evolving as our organization scales.

Responsibilities :

• Support strategic decision-making through data and insights : Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis to identify trends, evaluate performance, and inform operational adjustments to our go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain operational excellence through data integrity and communication : Conduct daily audits of opportunity and account data to ensure compliance with Rules of Engagement, proactively communicate updates or required adjustments to sales reps, and serve as a point of contact for related questions.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization : Apply creative problem solving to identify inefficiencies, recommend data or process enhancements, and monitor CRM updates to ensure accuracy, adoption, and alignment with evolving go-to-market needs.

This internship will be a full-time internship through the summer with options to extend part-time during fall and spring semesters.
