FTE : Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift : Days

Pay : $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This is an onsite position in Aurora with some regional travel required.

Summary : Provides tier 1 and tier 2 operational support for desktop computing devices through deployment, repair, replacement, consultation and monitoring.

Responsibilities :

• Responds to support requests in tracking system. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.
• Diagnoses, resolves and closes desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.
• Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new / different functionality.
• Provides end-user desktop computing training.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
