Summary

La Colombe is hiring a strategic leader to own the roasted coffee product portfolio. This role will lead innovation, performance tracking, and cross-channel alignment for roasted formats, ensuring La Colombe's offerings remain best-in-class across retail, cafe, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

Portfolio Ownership & Strategic Leadership :

• Lead comprehensive strategy and execution for the entire roasted coffee product portfolio, including packaging updates, product evolution, and sales support
• Drive long-term portfolio roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and market opportunities
• Manage product lifecycle from development through discontinuation

Compensation Range : $125,000.00-$188,000.00, plus bonus.
