Recruitment Specialist

• Your detail-oriented and committed to clear, consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• You hold a four year Bachelors Degree and bring 5-10 years of recruitment experience, combining both staffing agency and in-house general contractor roles, giving you a well-rounded understanding of construction recruiting.

What youll be doing :

Compensation details : Salary Range : $100,000-$150,000. Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus. Details on our benefits can be found on the Benefits tab within the Careers section of the website.
