  • Drive Performance : Consistently meet and surpass key performance indicators, including recovery rates and resolution timelines.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must be based in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial collections, particularly B2B, is preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in clear and professional communication.
  • Leadership or operational experience is considered a plus.
