We're seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial ground-up construction projects across Florida. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality craftsmanship, and enjoys building strong teams and relationships on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and drive results.
• Travel to project sites across Florida as needed (typically within a few hours of Sarasota).
