Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment and sourcing process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent
Collaborate with hiring leaders to ensure accurate job scoping and informed hiring decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Five years of recruiting experience with a focus on strategic sourcing for corporate roles
Expertise in building passive talent pipelines and using data-driven sourcing strategies
Proficiency in ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
