Antecedentes de hostelería (restaurantes u hoteles)

Habilidades y experiencia en ventas (una ventaja significativa)

Bilingue (chino y / o español)

Responsabilidades :

  • Incremento de ventas
  • mantener ganancias
  • Contener quejas de clientes.

Gestionar los problemas de los clientes y ayudar al Gerente de Operaciones con las necesidades operativas / de programación.

Realizar funciones básicas de cajero y cargar productos en los vehículos de los clientes.

Desarrollar y mantener un amplio conocimiento del producto mientras lidera y / o delega la capacitación sobre el producto dentro de la tienda.

Gestionar el sistema CRM interno.

Apoye la gestión de ~30.000 pies cuadrados. operación de almacén / venta minorista en un entorno de ventas minoristas de empresa a empresa y operaciones principales en ausencia del Gerente de Operaciones

Liderar un equipo de 2 a 5 miembros.

Llevar a cabo ventas / servicio al cliente B2B con un enfoque en construir y desarrollar relaciones con nuestra base de clientes.
