• 30-40 shifts per month with ongoing assignment length
• 15-20 patient encounters per shift
• Emergency department with 70k annual volume
• APP support available
• Two 10-hour shift options : 8am - 6pm and 2pm - 12am
• No rounding required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
