Job Description

Oversee all phases of local ground-up retail construction projects from planning to closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to align goals and resolve issues. Monitor site progress, safety, permitting, inspections, and quality control standards. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and provide regular progress updates.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in ground-up retail or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and construction management practices. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain effective communication. Skilled in problem-solving, contract administration, and resource management. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.). Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading teams to deliver high-quality results.
