Job description

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead deal origination, evaluation, and due diligence processes

Map due diligence outputs to post-merger integration workstreams

Maintain governance documentation and codify lessons learned for future M&A deals

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years in investment banking, private equity, transaction services, corporate development, or strategy

Experience with at least one live buy-side process

Exceptional financial acumen and mastery of Excel modeling

Strong accounting literacy and understanding of due diligence impacts

Familiarity with integration management office concepts
