Title : Physician – Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine

Location : Multiple Sites Across California

Compensation : $275,000 – $320,000 annually (based on experience and location)

Bonus : Eligible for Sign-On, Quarterly, and Monthly Performance Bonuses

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine) to join our growing team in capacity of Medical Director roles. This is a full-time position providing both urgent care and occupational medicine services, with opportunities for leadership and career development within our statewide organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Perform occupational medicine evaluations, including pre-employment physicals, DOT exams, and workplace injury management.
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support operational excellence across sites.
