Responsible for leading critical cross functional initiatives in continuous improvement. Initiates leads and implements continuous improvement projects. Provides training activities and supports / mentors continuous improvement change agents and team members. Communicates successful outcomes and promotes a culture of ongoing continuous improvement. May facilitate kaizen events.
