Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, performance-driven Content Producer to create and manage paid and organic social media content, with opportunities to support high-production shoots. You'll understand what works across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, be skilled in smartphone video production, and feel comfortable on camera discussing women's health topics.
You'll also manage a network of content creators, handle briefs and feedback, and collaborate with marketing to deliver high-performing assets. This role requires strong organization, adaptability, and a hands-on, solutions-first mindset. You'll report to the Sr. Managing Producer and work cross-functionally to drive impactful content.
We're looking for someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves, move fast, and stay scrappy - eager to jump in, troubleshoot, and help make things happen.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce short-form paid and organic content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other performance platforms using a smartphone
- Shoot, edit, and deliver content with attention to lighting, framing, voiceover, and overall performance effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Sr. Managing Producer and Performance Creative teams to develop creative concepts and test new content strategies
- Stay on top of trends and best practices for performance creative, with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
- Draft clear, compelling creative briefs for content creators, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals
- Recruit, manage, and communicate with a growing network of UGC creators and influencers
- Turn scripts, and general guidelines into well-thought out content briefs for the creator network - review and provide feedback on creator footage to ensure it meets quality and performance standards
- Be comfortable and confident appearing on camera to create relatable, educational content on women's health topics (e.g., vaginal health, PMS)
- Maintain organized documentation of content calendars, creator communications, and production timelines. Process payments to creators and keep track of monthly budgets.
- Support larger-scale photo and video shoots with pre-production & on-set assistance
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs and approvals between creative, marketing, and production teams
Qualifications and Skills
Experience :
1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media production, or a similar creative roleProven track record of producing high-performing ad content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.Proficient in using smartphone cameras to film content with attention to lighting, framing, and storytellingComfortable with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, InShot)Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance-driven creative principlesExperience writing or working from content briefs, especially in a commercial or UGC contextFamiliarity with women's health or wellness content and sensitivity around intimate subject matterHighly organized with excellent project and file management across multiple content workflowsInterpersonal :

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $65,000-80,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates. Job Type : Full-time Pay based on prior experience.
Position based in our office in Santa Monica, Los Angeles County, CA (Mon-Thu in office and Fridays remote)
