Salesforce Solution Architect

A company is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document scalable Salesforce solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives

Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps

Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with strong SDLC experience (Agile / Waterfall)

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Architecture, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projects

Hands-on experience with Heroku, Copado, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Azure

Salesforce Certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder

Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving
