Position Summary :

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department. This includes but is not limited to the supervision of all therapy personnel, patient / resident satisfaction and evaluating / implementing new programs to meet the needs of the facility and it's patients.

Qualifications : If you meet the below - please apply!!

• Current, OT, PT, SlP Licensed as required in California
• Minimum of 3 years' direct patient care experience and at least 1 year of management experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Works collaboratively and independently to problem solve issues
• Knowledge of all regulations governing the department
• Kind, positive management style with ability to modify communication to the persons being dealt with at the level of maturity to which they function.
• Demonstrates patience and behaves professionally in all situations and while representing the company, remaining calm in stressful situations
• Effectively manages and motivates patients and staff
