Additional Info : This Pediatric provider will evaluate, treat, and provide medical management of pediatric / adolescent patients in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and pediatric care team. Responsibilities include direct patient care, staff consultation, training / mentoring of students and midlevel providers, coordination of assigned patient panels, quality assurance activities, participation in HEDIS / population health, and applying the AIDET communication model to improve outcomes and patient experience.
