FINRA Licensed Brokerage Associate

A company is looking for a Premier Brokerage Associate to provide exceptional service and support to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly

Assist clients with trading of various securities in an inbound call center environment

Manage service requests including account opening, asset movement, and trade facilitation

Required Qualifications

Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required

FINRA fingerprinting required

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services

Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options

Prior remote work experience preferred
