Program Coordinator Responsible Business Practices

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator Responsible Business Practices to support our Global Technology client. This exciting role focuses on human rights due diligence program development and data analytics within their Corporate External and Legal Affairs (CELA) organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced mission-driven environment and play a key role in building a new process for employee grievance intake and triage using Azure DevOps all while helping advance the commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves) :

• Azure DevOps (Minimum 2 years) : Ability to independently set up configure and manage ADO project environments work items dashboards repositories and team collaboration.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Minimum 2 years) : Proficiency in Word Excel OneNote and PowerPoint for documentation reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Project Management / Process Development (Minimum 2 years) : Experience developing and documenting operational processes including triage systems intake procedures and stakeholder engagement.

Opportunity Overview :

This is an exciting opportunity to build a new program from the ground up for a high-visibility leadership initiative within a Responsible Business Practices team. Youll design and implement an intake and triage process for employee grievances collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and directly contribute to programs that uphold human rights and responsible business standards.
