• Client and Prospect Engagement : Build relationships with customers and engaged prospects from our in-agency telemarketers, understand their insurance requirements, and offer personalized guidance.
• Sales Generation : Drive insurance sales by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate policies, and closing deals effectively.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain expertise in Allstate's insurance products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing queries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Networking : Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to expand your client base and increase sales opportunities.
