Technical Integration Consultant

A company is looking for a Technical Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Leads Custom Solution Integration Projects and develops Solution Design Documents

Completes installation, unit testing, and provides end user support for custom solutions

Ensures customer satisfaction and submits all associated project paperwork

Required Qualifications :

8-10+ years of experience in custom solution software development

2+ years of exposure to contact center solutions and custom reporting

Expert knowledge in programming languages and database structures, particularly MS SQL

MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently with limited supervision
