Job descriptionDatastax Cassandra 2?5 years experience required Cassandra 2?5 years experience required Proficient in Python for automation Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience with Ansible Experience with at least one cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes) Experience with Linux (optional) Experience with DevOps, service reliability engineering (SRE), issue triaging, and troubleshooting Unix or Linux administration and performance tuning skills, including Docker and Kubernetes Ability to monitor, evaluate, and interpret vulnerabilities / CVEs, vulnerability assessments, cloud platform / system / device / IDS / IPS logs
Cassandra DEV OPS Engineer
Location : Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid - 3x / week onsite)
Duration : 6 months
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the DevOps team and Senior DevOps manager to test system integrity
- Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management
- Test implemented designs
- Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
- Handle code deployments in all environments
