As we embark on a journey of growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Business Transformation efforts in EM&S Spe Care.

The Transformation Leader at the EM&S GBU level plays a key role in supporting transformation initiatives within the EM&S GBU. Acting as the primary link between the central transformation office and local EM&S GBU teams, the Transformation Leader ensures that projects are successfully adopted and embedded into daily operations. This role is focused on driving engagement, building change readiness, and ensuring that the transformation objectives deliver sustainable impact within the GBU. This positioning makes the Transformation Leader a "local transformation enabler" : ensuring alignment with global vision, while guaranteeing practical adoption and ownership in the GBU.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days a week onsite - required.
