Must be able to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing Ideal candidates are flexible, self-motivated and self-managing, with a strong sense of team and the ability to also work independently Basic networking experience with TCP / IP and Windows network Basic system administration experience, Windows preferred Familiar with Microsoft products 5 years IT / Computer experience Basic Microsoft Office experience, including O365 2 year Technical degree or Microsoft certifications Prior warehouse IT experience A+ Certified
Facilities IT Temp - Contractor

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Duration : Bloomington, CA
Position Description
- Ability to solve basic, common user problems in real time, including software functionality; network troubleshooting, PC and network configuration; operating system and browser related issues
- Adding and removing systems to the domain
- Setting up proprietary software and configurations to company policies and specifications Windows systems knowledge and setup, emphasis on Windows 10 Application maintenance (entry level) Hardware configuration (workstation and peripherals)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Provide on-site support to all staff
- Actively involved in problem resolution, follow-up, testing, workarounds and equipment suggestions
- Facilitate warranty claims and exchanges
- Other duties as assigned.
