DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES :

• Manage a sales teams activity and follow thru in a CRM.
• Work with the sales team to set sales targets and work with team to achieve them.
• Develop sales training materials.
• Mentor and Coach the sales team
• Work closely with HR and business leaders with hiring sales personnel
• Modify existing sales process and develop new ones to create consistency across the business
• Work with business leader to create new products and services to meet every changing market demand.
• Report regularly to the Sales Director on the health of our sales team and processes.
• Help sales leaders make data-driven decisions
• Work closely with marketing to improve our sales efforts.
• Manage complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity
• Leverage knowledge and prior experience to develop appropriate solutions and to ensure quality consistency
• Ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are accomplished in a timely manner
• Manage sales projects with limited oversight, using standard project management methodologies
• Anticipate sales project issues, assess alternatives, and take appropriate measures to resolve in a professional, tactful manner
• Support change management efforts
• Process optimization
• Sales forecasting
• Performance management

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :

• Willingness to travel up to 25% (neighbor islands and California)
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelors degree in business or related
• Financial and business acumen
• Experience with CRM (Oracle Engagement Cloud, Salesforce, Sugar)
• 5+ years sales experience
