Job Title
This is a remote position supporting LOGCAP. Responsible for the administration of the Kwajalein Task Order and associated change order activity. Is the initial point of contact for all administrative contractual communications with the customer (ACO and COR), Government agencies, e.g., DCMA, DCAA, and is authorized to obligate the company for matters associated with any assigned contract(s). Manage and coordinates contract changes that result in change proposals and coordinated letters of technical direction with the program team (Program Management, Pricing, Operations, Legal etc.). Under the direction of the INDOPACOM Senior Manager Contracts, assists in ensuring Contract compliance with Corporate policies, legal issues, FAR guidelines, and customer support. Identifies and resolves complex issues, exercising ethical judgment within broadly defined practices and policies. Leads and participates in making decisions related to Contracts and Business Management. May administer one or more major contracts. Coordinates with HQ functions as required. Responsible for protecting the legal and financial interests of the Corporation during all discussions and negotiations and interaction with customers, clients, etc.

Qualifications
BS / BA in Contracts, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Acquisition, or related field. One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
As a precondition to charge more than 50% of their time to LOGCAP, must be able, willing and ready to deploy to domestic and international locations, including on a temporary basis and / or as a member of the V2X Rapid Deployment Team (RDT). These locations can include austere, remote, and hazardous areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required
Minimum of 4-10 years experience in contracts or legal field
Work on Kwajalein with ability to travel to other project locations if required
The working environment may require overtime work.
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
