Position Overview :

  • Your primary role will involve assisting with clinic management and ensuring the clinic's appearance is welcoming and professional for current and prospective clients.
  • You will provide essential support to clinic managers, program supervisors, and clinical staff, including RBTs, SLPs, CFs, and SLPAs.
  • You'll also have opportunities for mentorship and growth in Behavioral Health, preparing you for a Behavior Technician role with a focus on sub-sessions.
  • This role offers a dynamic mix of administrative, client-facing, and hands-on responsibilities in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Facility Tours & Family Engagement Conduct tours for families and prospective employees showcasing ABA and Speech spaces.
  • Coordinate dates / times for tours and follow up with families as needed.
  • Community Outreach & Marketing Collaborate with the Manager of Clinic Operations to develop and execute local outreach and marketing initiatives.
  • Actively participate in community events and identify new opportunities for involvement.
  • Administrative Tasks Manage co-payment collections.
  • Handle cancellations and rescheduling with families and schedulers.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the clinic is organized and well-stocked.
  • Assist with tasks such as printing, laminating, family communications, creating materials, and more.
  • Client and Family Communication Address parent questions and concerns.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist.  Behavior Technician (BT) Support Serve as a supplemental BT for the Fremont location during staff absences or based on daily clinic needs Support BTs with any additional administrative tasks Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required ABA Experience or previous childcare experience preferred Administrative experience in clinical office settings preferred Must have TB test clearance and a clean criminal background check.
