Job Title : Fire Alarm Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Fire Alarm Technician, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and compliance of fire alarm systems. You will perform onsite troubleshooting and repairs, conduct inspections, and verify code compliance of fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite troubleshooting and repairs of fire alarm systems, identifying code issues and non-conformance issues.
- Conduct routine visual inspections of fire alarm systems, including testing control panels and other components for signs of corrosion, damage, obstructions, or malfunction.
- Verify that fire alarm systems comply with relevant building codes and standards, including NFPA codes, local ordinances, and industry best practices.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports documenting findings, including any identified deficiencies and recommendations for corrective action.
- Communicate inspection results to building owners or property managers, explaining potential hazards and providing information about required maintenance or repairs.
- Perform re-inspections to verify that identified issues have been addressed and repairs completed properly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00 / hr.
