Requirements

We seek a highly skilled Director to lead our cybersecurity engineering and architecture initiatives, with expertise in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), identity and access management (IAM), and secure infrastructure design. The role involves vendor management, contract negotiations, and leading Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and lead the development of cyber architecture aligned with industry standards.

Manage and guide a team of cybersecurity engineers and architects.

Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, product managers, and vendors.

Develop strategies for securing hybrid network infrastructures and data.

Oversee IAM solutions and ZTNA deployment to ensure secure access control.

Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party solutions, and lead contract negotiations.

Lead POV initiatives for new cybersecurity technologies.

Collaborate to ensure compliance with standards like NIST, PCI, SOX.

Create and evolve cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.

Design security frameworks for on-premises and hybrid environments.

Stay current with cybersecurity trends and report on security posture to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in cybersecurity engineering / architecture, with 5+ years in management.

Expertise in IAM platforms like Okta, Microsoft Entra.

Proven experience with ZTNA frameworks.

Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Experience leading POC initiatives for cybersecurity tools.

Knowledge of network security, firewalls, encryption, VPNs, endpoint security.

Hands-on with MFA, SSO, PAM protocols.

Understanding of risk management, compliance, governance.

Strategic thinking and project leadership ability.

Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience managing budgets.

Leadership in building high-performance cybersecurity teams.

Nice to Have

Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Knowledge of application security principles.

Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA.

Education

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related; Master’s preferred.

Certifications in cybersecurity architecture, IAM, Zero Trust.
