Job description3–5 years of proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio of short-form, social-first content and series At least 1–2 years of hands-on production and camera operation experience A strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting techniques, and framing is essential. This includes proficiency in using various types of cameras and equipment to capture high-quality video footage. Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs) Experience with Blackmagic and Nikon cameras, as well as standard audio recording technology like Zoom recorders and RODE mics. - Lead editing and post-production for short-form, social-first video content and recurring series—delivering work that’s platform-optimized and visually compelling
- Operate camera equipment for both in-studio and on-location shoots, capturing high-quality footage for branded content and organic social campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and episode outlines for ongoing social series
- Edit footage, add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to create engaging, trend-aware videos
- Review scripts and raw material to create shot lists and ensure logical sequencing, pacing, and storytelling flow
- Contribute to on-set production needs, including lighting, sound, and direction when needed
- Stay on top of social platform trends, emerging video formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and consistent brand voice across all video content
