About The Role
As our Content Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for shaping and building the entire content marketing strategy and department for Publishing.com. You'll have the full support of a well-established, successful company, complete with the resources, leadership buy-in, and tools you need to turn your vision into reality. Your work here will reach and impact millions of people across all major platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Blog, Podcast, email and more. Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy and vision that spans across all major content channels (YouTube, Instagram, Blog, Email, Podcast, etc.)
- Recruit & build a high-performing content marketing team that is hungry to win and become the best content marketing team in the industry
- Create a performance-driven culture that promotes continuous growth and excellence
- Implement the content strategy with a laser focus on driving results such as lead generation and revenue growth for the company
- Define and uphold our brand voice , tone, and messaging across all content channels.
- Manage content production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Lead our SEO efforts to maximize organic reach and engagement
- Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns that drive 6 and 7-figures in revenue
- Direct and manage social selling strategies , converting followers into qualified leads and sales.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics 4 and other tools) to optimize strategies and maximize ROI

Expected Compensation
180,000 - $200,000 USD + Performance-based bonus
