Job description
Boutique Litigation Firm Seeks 4-5 year Associate
Requirements :
- Strong academics
- Prefer top of law school class
- At least three years of litigation experience; commercial litigation or insurance defense
- Appreciate candidates that know Texas litigation styles and technique
- Helpful if the candidate has experience in oil and gas, personal injury, products liability and other personal injury tort work
- Experience with contractual indemnity and insurance issues that come up in personal injury and property damage matters would also be helpful.
