Job Summary:
Join our team as an Associate Recruiter and play a pivotal role in building high-performing, diverse teams at a fast-growing organization. You will drive a full-cycle recruitment process and help source exceptional talent by leveraging your expertise and proactive communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.
• Effectively manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

• Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
