What You'll Do
As an Account Executive at Tekmetric, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth and shaping the future of our customer relationships. You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery, product presentation, and value proposition through to negotiation and deal closure, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer finds value in our platform. Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery, product presentation, and value proposition through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within prospective customer organizations.
- Understand customer pain points and market trends, crafting personalized and creative outreach to engage and convert prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Customer Success to align on customer feedback and growth opportunities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Product and Operations teams to improve our sales motion, positioning, and overall customer experience.
- Partner with Onboarding and Trainings Teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sale, helping new customers quickly realize value from the platform.
- Represent Tekmetric at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand your network and build lasting relationships.
