SPENGA Ann Arbor is looking for passionate and motivated Fitness Instructors ready to lead from the front and redefine boutique fitness! Our signature session includes Spin, Strength, and Yoga all in one creating a one-of-a-kind studio experience, and we want YOU to be the face of it. Let's get to WERK!

Our instructors are important in not only leading an incredible fitness experience, but they are ambassadors of the SPENGA brand. They are full of energy, exude confidence, are always prepared, are visionaries in the fitness industry, and show compassion and care to our members. All instructors go through the SPENGA certification program for spin, strength, and yoga to learn how to lead the most efficient, effective workout and inspire others through fitness.

Responsibilities :

• Complete SPENGA Certification in spin, strength, and yoga
• Lead classes consisting of spin, strength, and yoga components
• Create and lead workouts according to the SPENGA model
• Safely engage and motivate groups of 20+ people through a fast-paced workout
• Modify exercises on demand to cater to a range of fitness levels
• Retain and increase client participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
• As SPENGA ambassadors, instructors will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Qualifications :

• Certified and Credible : You hold a current certification in personal training or group fitness. Bonus points if youre certified in cycling, yoga, or strength trainingor all three!
• Ready to Learn, Eager to Lead : Youre excited to embrace SPENGAs unique 3-in-1 philosophy and are open to coaching, feedback, and growth.
• Command the Room : Whether it's 2 people or 20, you can own the mic, lead the vibe, and create an experience that motivates every single member.
• Driven by Purpose : You bring real passion, positivity, and hustleon and off the podium. You love helping others get stronger inside and out.
• Customer Obsessed : Youre not just a coach, youre a community builder. Friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile.

• Committed to Excellence : All instructors must complete our SPENGA in-house training program and pass a live audition to join the team.
