Total Comp Expectations : 1st year - $100k+

Total Comp Expectations : 2nd year - $130k +

Position Overview : We are hiring a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold, our account executives take over the day-to-day fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the large construction industry such as : new apartment complexes, hospitals, high-rise buildings, schools, etc.
  • Leverage leads, referrals, and networking partners to acquire new customers
  • Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry
  • Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to new client
  • Attend industry workshops, social gatherings, and networking events
  • Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Be a Rockstar

Qualifications :

  • Sales, outside sales, or project management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Driven and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Work Environment : Team focused environment with business casual dress. Must have the ability to attend work related events and above all… Have fun
